In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you
- Developing and executing the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Leading and supervising all finance-related activities, including accounting, controlling, treasury, taxation, and financial planning
- Supervising the whole billing process and further improving its efficiency
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Adapting and tailoring cost allocation policies to business and management needs
- Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and corporate governance standards
- Supporting executive management with strategic financial analyses and decision-making
- Monitoring company performance, identifying risks and optimization opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with auditors, banks, authorities, and external stakeholders
- Leading and developing the finance organization and promoting a performance-driven culture
- Supporting business expansion, investments, and transformation initiatives
What you will need for successful work
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Several years of leadership experience in senior financial management roles
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, controlling, and taxation
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational leadership
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- System-oriented thinking and structured approach
- Advanced user-level knowledge of MS Office applications
- General IT literacy and understanding of digital business environments
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
