In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you
- The Demand Manager / Demand Clarification Specialist is responsible for managing the intake, clarification, and tracking of business and technical demands across the organization. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, senior consultants, and development teams to ensure that all incoming requests are clearly defined, feasible, and aligned with strategic priorities. The role also oversees the centralized tracking of demand and project progress using tools such as JIRA, Excel, or other project management systems.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new demand requests.
- Facilitate demand intake sessions with business stakeholders to gather initial requirements.
- Clarify and refine demand details to ensure completeness and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and developers to assess the feasibility of requests.
- Gather and consolidate estimates, timelines, and resource availability.
- Track and follow up on the status of ongoing assessments and development efforts.
- Maintain a centralized repository of all demands and projects using JIRA, Excel, or equivalent tools.
- Ensure all demand records are up-to-date with status, priority, owner, and timeline information.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
- Act as a communication bridge between business units and technical teams.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on demand status, risks, and changes.
- Escalate issues or delays as needed to ensure transparency and resolution.
What you will need for successful work
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Comfortable interacting with international teams and senior stakeholders in a professional and confident manner (English & Hungarian).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, and other project tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we are happy about
- Experience working in a consulting or IT services environment.
- Experience in demand management, project coordination, or business analysis.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Knowledge of software development processes and terminology.
- Experience working in bilingual (English-German) environments is a plus.
