In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you
- Infrastructure & Service Management: Plan, direct and oversee the operation, design, delivery and further development of IT infrastructure systems, core services (networks, servers, cloud platforms, databases, storage), Service Desk and Process and Request Operations.
- Operations & Application Supervision: Oversee the full execution of tasks related to core services, infrastructure, application operations and SAP systems, ensuring that IT architecture and technological solutions continuously meet business requirements.
- Strategic Alignment & Business Growth: Develop strategic directions for your areas, align them with corporate and IT strategies and create/develop services specifically designed to maximize the Company’s business effectiveness.
- Security & Service Excellence: Take strategic responsibility for IT security operations and compliance with related standards, while ensuring the stability, security, scalability and premium customer service quality of all individual services.
- Process & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Supervise and support process managers to guarantee efficient workflows and foster tight collaboration with cross-functional teams (IT experts, business analysts, service architects) to ensure seamless integration across systems.
- Leadership, Culture & Performance: Secure the necessary workforce to build a strong department, manage team performance through clear expectations and regular evaluations and provide professional leadership, mentoring and growth opportunities.
- Innovation & Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities and actively foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
What you will need for successful work
- Successfully completed university studies in (business) informatics, engineering, or a comparable degree
- More than 10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, application management, or comparable senior IT leadership roles
- Deep, comprehensive knowledge of managing large-scale infrastructure systems (servers, networks, cloud), Service Desk environments and SAP/application operations
- Strong understanding of IT security operations, risk management and compliance standards
- Proven track record in professional leadership, mentoring and building high-performing, cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
- High degree of initiative, results-orientation and a proactive approach to driving organizational culture (collaboration, innovation)
- Good proficiency in English and Hungarian (business level), both written and spoken
