Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary’s leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall’s local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.

In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you
- Contribute to conceptual and strategic development in the area of IT and information security (ISMS/Cybersecurity Governance Framework).
- Contribution of IT security controls in coordination with information security
- Integration of external IT security standards and best practices (ISO27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials, CIS Controls and BSI standards) into Rheinmetall IT security standards (IT Security Technical Standards)
- Creation, revision and further development of IT security specifications and standards as well as IT hardening specifications (IT Security Baselines)
- Quality assurance of IT security baseline process lifecycles
- Ensuring the central provision of IT security technical standards and baselines
- Support and quality assurance of the Security Patch Advisory Service and its processes
- Distribution of Security Advisories to Baseline Managers/Technical Leads and SMEs
What you will need for successful work
- Successfully completed studies in information technology or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of security management or operational management of IT infrastructure under increased security requirements
- Administrative experience in one of the core areas network, server, operating systems or applications
- Methodical knowledge (ideally with certification such as CISSP or CISM) in the areas of security or security management
- Knowledge of ITIL and/or ISO27000 processes and international standards
- Business fluent in German, Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
- Distinct initiative, affinity for technology, creativity as well as team-oriented and self-reliant way of working
