Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defence and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary’s leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall’s local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you
- To support our shared goals, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant who will take a leading role in designing, developing, and stabilizing financial processes within our SAP environment. You will contribute to group-level projects, especially in the transition to S/4HANA, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
- Drive the further development and design of technical processes in the SAP FI/CO module
- Act as finance stream lead in various finance-related projects
- Collaborate in group-level S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects
- Support the standardization and harmonization of the group-wide SAP application landscape
- Provide consulting and advisory support for business partners in central and specialist departments
- Coordinate external service providers during the implementation of new requirements
- Ensure stabilization, optimization, and continuous improvement of the existing system landscape
What you will need for successful work
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics, or a related field
- 5–10 years of professional experience in application management or a similar position
- In-depth expertise in SAP FI/CO (S/4HANA experience is an advantage)
- Strong methodological knowledge; project management and/or ITIL certification is a plus
- Proven ability to contribute to professional in-house application operations and project management
- Strong English and Hungarian skills, both written and spoken

What we are happy about
