In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you
- Support the Service Portfolio Manager in ongoing activities and in preparing strategic decisions for the IT Service Portfolio Board.
- Develop and evaluate KPIs within the IT Service Portfolio Management process, including conducting usability analyses.
- Create and align process flows and procedures with Demand Management and relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the global IT Service Catalog.
- Collaborate with service owners to develop and optimize IT services.
- Prepare Service Portfolio and Service Level reports.
- Monitor and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
- Support the implementation and execution of process improvement initiatives.
What you will need for successful work
- A passion for improving processes.
- Creativity and openness to bring your own ideas to the table.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Reporting experience
- Strong knowledge and practical application of ITIL v3 or higher
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with IT Service Portfolio
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Good proficiency in English and German
